Basement Dining & Living

In the basement, we adopted an “organic modern” style, with a children’s play area featuring colorful illustrations and plants for a relaxing ambiance. The seating area used curved furniture and light wood, while the dining area was divided with wooden partitions. Bathrooms featured white marble, bronze sinks, and custom abaya closets. The children’s area had vibrant furniture and tailored bathrooms, while the driver’s room was furnished simply with practical elements.

Upon receiving the plans, we modified them to meet the client’s needs, ensuring smooth movement throughout the project. A corridor was added to connect the children’s play area to the family hall without passing through the garden. We also included a coffee station linked to the kitchen and preparatory kitchen, adjusted bathrooms, and redesigned the mechanical and electrical systems.

Kitchen 1

Outdoor spaces included curved furniture, wood accents, a central fireplace, a coffee station, and a main kitchen with light tones and glass shelving. The first floor followed a “neo-classical” style with metal, glass, paneling, wooden cladding, and concealed lighting.

Kitchen 2

Master Room

Bedrooms were designed with warm tones, textured walls, and artistic accents, while bathrooms combined marble and wood for elegance. On the top floor, concealed lighting, artwork, and textured walls created a refined feel, with the rooftop and gym featuring wooden furniture and pergolas with greenery for shade and beauty.
