Private Villa MA

We designed our facade in a modern style. We used clear and regular geometric shapes, such as squares, to reinforce the modern look.
We chose neutral colors for the materials. We used white-painted concrete combined with dark gray colors, and wood for the gates and details to create contrast on the facade. The symmetry in this facade was clear to give a sense of balance. We also added hidden lighting for more beauty at night, and lighting at the planters to highlight them.
The green spaces above the facade with the planters were to promote sustainability in general. Also, in the interior images, we included plant elements to enhance sustainability along with lighting to complete the space at night and give more beauty and clarity to the design. The gate was made of wood in a distinctive way, and we tried to make it as high as possible to give a sense of welcome.
