We received the project and began by studying architectural firms, electrical systems, ventilation, and large windows. Then, we moved to design of the facade. We used sustainable and organic materials, creating a design that was both simple and luxurious. The result was a blend of classic elements, with windows featuring distinct divisions.
We used clean lines and modern materials simultaneously, employing neutral colors to create contrast. By combining white and dark gray, we achieved a distinctive look that clearly defined different areas. The window areas and the entrance were carefully delineated. We also used large windows, almost as large as the entire office, to convey transparency and openness while providing a suitable environment for occupants. Ample natural light typically fosters a sense of familiarity, increased activity, and greater comfort.

The glass entrance allowed a significant amount of sunlight to enter, creating a welcoming atmosphere and emphasizing the spaciousness of the entryway. Additionally, we considered accessibility needs and included a ramp. Due to a level difference between two areas, one with 7 steps and the other with 2, we created different architectural levels, which proved to be quite challenging to implement on-site. For the interior, we adopted a neoclassical style, incorporating paneling and wood cladding. Wood was the primary material used in this area. We also employed marble cladding and decorative marble elements in specific zones to distinguish them from others, with artworks. Wood cladding remained the dominant material. The primary exterior material was stone.
