Private Villa DS

The project consisted of three buildings: a main building, a family building, and a youth building.

The main building used a neoclassical design style for a luxurious feel. It featured marble floors, neoclassical marble wall and column panels, black and gold tables, and luxurious curtains. The wash area had large mirrors and a huge marble sink. The kitchen was modern with black and white colors with bronze and hidden lights. The dining room was spacious with a marble table, blue chairs, and a large lamp. The second kitchen was also modern with white, wood, and black marble colors. There was a simple bedroom with wooden cladding and a TV unit.

The family building used a modern style. It featured a large dining room with a sofa, a marble TV unit, and an Arabic sitting area. The bathroom had a marble sink and black framed mirror. The rooms were generally modern and simple with light colors and white and wood furniture. There was a small prayer hall with Islamic decorations and dark colored marble.

The youth building used wood and leather furniture with a Najdi style. It featured artwork, aramid colored accessories, and weapons on the walls. The dinner area had bright colors and simple wall designs. The second bedroom was simple with a plant element in the TV unit. The kitchen was white with black marble and wood. There was also a simple bedroom with a bathroom.

The green space included ponds, squares, a children’s area with games and seating, a bird area, and shelves for the building owner’s trophies.
